Email us with a short description of what you need help with.

For a technical problem, include the page you were using, your browser or device, and what happened. For a gift correction, include the product name and the detail that needs updating.

Please leave out participant names, email lists, matches, and private invitation links. If you share a screenshot, hide those details first.

Need help drawing names?

Enter one name per line and use a distinct name for each participant. If a draw cannot be completed, check for duplicate names and exclusion rules that leave people without an eligible match. Editing the names or rules clears an existing result.

Questions about your gift exchange?

Contact your exchange organizer for the budget, date, venue, a replacement invitation, or a change to the participant list. We do not hold your group’s draw and cannot look up who you are buying for.

If you closed or reloaded the organizer page, check whether you downloaded your organizer copy. We cannot recover a draw from our servers.

Orders and returns

Gift Name Picker is not a shop and does not take payments or fulfill orders. For an Amazon order, delivery, or return, use the support options in your Amazon account or contact the seller.

Privacy requests

Read our Privacy Policy for how information is handled. You can accept or reject optional analytics anytime using Cookie settings in the footer. The name picker works either way.

For a privacy question or a request about information you have sent us, email [email protected]. Include enough context for us to locate your message without sharing private invitation links or sensitive information.
